The General Manager of Ebonyi State Transport Corporation (EBOTRANS), Hon. Mrs Jennifer Nnenna Igwe, has pledged to mobilise massive support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Mrs Igwe made the commitment while participating in the APC Ward-to-Ward campaign rally across Ezzagu Zone in Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, where party stakeholders, women groups, youths and other supporters turned out in large numbers to demonstrate their support for the party and its candidates.
The rally, which attracted APC leaders and stakeholders from across the zone, also provided an opportunity for party faithful to reaffirm their commitment to the success of APC candidates in the forthcoming local government elections and the 2027 general elections.
Addressing the gathering, Mrs Igwe expressed delight over the massive turnout, describing it as a clear demonstration of the people’s confidence in the APC and its candidates.
She said the enthusiasm displayed by the supporters was an indication of the determination of the people of Ezzagu Zone to work collectively for the victory of the party from the grassroots to the national level.
According to her, the massive participation of women groups, party faithful and other stakeholders showed that APC had continued to enjoy strong grassroots support in Ezzagu.
She pledged to continue mobilising support for the party, stressing that the people of the zone were united behind APC and committed to delivering victory for its candidates.
“The massive turnout of party faithful and enthusiastic supporters is an eloquent testimony to our resolve to return all APC candidates from top to bottom come 2027 general elections,” she said.
Mrs Igwe further declared that Ezzagu Zone remained firmly behind the APC, expressing confidence that the party would record overwhelming victories in the forthcoming elections.
“Ezzagu Zone is APC and APC is Ezzagu Zone. 2027 is a done deal. Congratulations to all our party flag bearers in advance,” she stated.
The rally also featured solidarity displays by women groups and other support groups, who pledged their commitment to grassroots mobilisation and the success of the APC at the polls.
